I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!

FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit)

– Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.
– Absolutely NO smoking of any kind, vaping, e-cigarettes in or near the house.
– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind or any illicit activity.
– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit and additional fees.

PARKING RULES
– Park in the driveway only, STREET PARKING IS TOWED
- Garage is not available for parking at this time.
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles, if you have more than 2 vehicles let me know and you can park at the club house. Unfortunately, street parking is not available and does get towed for safety reasons (so emergency vehicles can get through if there is an emergency, for example)

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
– I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent and you will be charged for stained linen).
– Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (click the # button to lock after leaving the house). Lock on door is automatic lock after 30 seconds.
– I expect that you will respect my home and that you will generally pick up after yourself.

KITCHEN INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please do not put knives in the dishwasher (hand wash only).
– Please Rinse and Remove all food from dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher.
– Please ensure that all dishes are thoroughly cleaned before putting any and all dishes away.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please bring out the garbage and recycling bins (should be inside the garage) to the curb anytime on SUNDAY since garbage will be picked up by the city early every Monday morning.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Checkout is at 10am. (Late check out requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that I can ask the cleaner if that could work with her schedule. Late check out requests , if approved, will be an extra charge of $30).
- Put all used towels on the floor so we know the ones that were used.
- Press the lock button to lock the front door after leaving.
- Send me a message that you have left.

-No more than 10 guests are able to be inside the unit at anytime due to local regulations.

-8 total can sleep at this unit if someone is comfortable with the couch or air mattress as the 7th&8th person.

- For more than 4 guests, there is a $15 per guest per night charge to cover additional expenses

- Absolutely NO loud music and NO parties, as a courtesy to our neighbors; this is a family friendly and quiet neighborhood

- No pets allowed

- No Smoking inside the Home (incl. tobacco, marijuana, etc.)

- We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of the guests and our home. This also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed

- For Service Animals/Emotional Support Animals: up-to-date vaccination records (within the last year) are required by the Community Association standards. Under no circumstance can we host these animals without first obtaining the vaccination records, we do apologize!
