I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!

FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit) – Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. We love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.

– Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house
– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
– NO pets may enter the house.
– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.


COMMUNITY POOL RULES
- ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS NEAR THE POOL/POOL DECK/BACKYARD AREA.
- DO NOT touch the pool equipment.
- Swim at Your Own Risk. You agree to waive liability and hold the hosts and owner of the property harmless for the use of the swimming pool.
- NO running.
- NO diving
- NO person under the influence of drugs or alcohol may use the pool.

OTHER HOUSE RULES –
Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (make sure to return the key to lockbox at departure).
I expect that you will respect my home and that you will clean/pick up after yourself.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS -
Checkout is at 10am. (Late check out will inquire an extra charge of $45 and there is no guarantee the cleaning team can accommodate. We do apologize, however, please request any late checkout before the day of check in).
- Put all used dishes in the dishwasher with pod and run cycle OR hand wash your used dishes and leave clean dishes on drying rack.
- Put all used towels on the floor so we know the ones that were used.
- Press the LOCK button to lock the front door after leaving.
- Send me a message that you have left.

KITCHEN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please hand wash used dishes and leave clean dishes on dish drying rack.
- Please ensure that all dishes are thoroughly cleaned before putting any dishes away.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
– Please utilize the dumpsters on the grounds. There are two within short walking distance.

OUTDOOR LIGHTS RULES/INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you choose to use the outdoor lights, you can plug into the wall by the sliding glass doors. Please remember to unplug the lights before you come inside at night.

ITEMS PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
-Toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher tabs are provided for a short term stay. If you stay with us for a longer period, we are so appreciative but due to our short term nature we kindly ask for you to provide those items past what is provided.
-Laundry detergent is not provided at our locations but you may find some from our cleaners or previous guests for usage.
-Pots, pans, silverware, and all linens are provided for your entire stay.
